With the fresh-earthly vanilla scent and just a hint of sweetness. Hierochloe Odorata, from the Latin and Greek word, translates as "sacred grass," also known as Sweetgrass, is one of the Four Sacred Medicines.

It brings me to a core memory of being at peace in an open field after a long day. Watching the sweetgrass dance with the wind: just nature, me, and serenity.

Sweetgrass is the plant of healing, peace, attract good spirits, purify people's auras, and positive energies. Used in sacred rituals to cleanse and to carry prayers to a higher realm. Sweetgrass can also be carried or worn as a protective amulet.

20 inches- Hierochloe odorata (Sweetgrass) Braid

Instructions:

• To burn Sweetgrass, light the end of the braid and carefully wave it to release smoke into the air.

• Place herbs into a heat-safe bowl or shell. Alight a piece of the herb, or you can use Charcoal.
