Returns & Shipping Policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from A Peace of Lovelace. Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges for any products for the reason of displeasure

Your satisfaction is very important to us that you are happy with your experience with A Peace of Lovelace.

 You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after time of purchase by emailing apeaceoflovelace@gmail.com (please include your name and order number). After 48 hours, you cannot cancel your order to receive a refund.

Damaged:

If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email us immediately at apeaceoflovelace@gmail.com with a detailed description within seven (7) days after your order has been delivery. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item(s). Please allow up to three (3) business days for us to contact you for a possible replacement for defective item(s). Following the seven (7) days after delivery no products will be eligible for returns. 

Shipping:

Free shipping on orders over $50 is valid on U.S. orders only 

You will receive an email with tracking information for your order once it is processed by our shipping department. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) after the order has been approved. For U.S. Shipping, allow 3-10 business day for arrival. 

International Shipping:

Please allow up to 7 to 30 business days for international deliveries. Note that we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays, duties/taxes charged by the destination country.
